Job Summary
Assist residents with daily medications following company and state guidelines. Provide assistance with daily activities of living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation. Document care provided in the electronic health record. Encourage independence by directing residents to activities and meals. Maintain a positive attitude and communicate any resident concerns to the Director. Pass required computer-based and on-site training. Perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and exerting 20 pounds frequently. Work on the third shift with potential for full-time based on performance.

- Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to exert 20 pounds of force frequently
