Job Summary
Provide direct care and companionship as a Resident Care Partner, including assisting with activities of daily living (grooming, oral hygiene, bathing/showering, transferring), helping keep living spaces clean and safe, and planning/leading leisure activities to foster socialization among residents. Collaborate with Dining Services for related tasks. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent certificate; state-required First Aid and CNA certifications or other state certifications as applicable; ongoing continuing education/compliance with licensing. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (preferred) or equivalent certificate
- Valid First Aid Certifications may be required according to state regulations
- Possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, state certifications, and successful completion of examination and/or skills evaluation (as required)
- Willingness to meet requirements for continuing education and maintain all necessary license(s)
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and team members
