Job Summary
Caregiver Team Lead responsible for providing compassionate care to clients while supervising and supporting fellow caregivers. Oversees daily living activities, promotes client well-being, ensures quality care, and serves as a resource for the caregiving team. Includes guiding and training team members, communicating client needs, and fostering a collaborative, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate has at least three years of caregiving experience, can read and interpret English, and has prior experience training others. This is a Full Time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend on-call rotation in Springdale, AR.
Required Qualifications
- minimum three or more years as a caregiver, CNA, PCA, or other comparable experience
- read right and interpret the English language
- experience training and guiding others in the workplace
