Job Summary
Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility; encourage participation in community activities and provide companionship; assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a home-like environment; provide reminders and assist with medications as needed; requires empathy, a patient demeanor, and excellent customer service skills; residency in TX and compliance with state screening processes are required; on-the-job training available; opportunities for advancement and benefits are offered.
