Job Summary
As a caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs including companionship, personal care, and social engagement. Responsibilities include assisting clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and occasional transportation. The role requires establishing communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers, as well as providing reliable care through punctuality and consistency. Caregivers are offered competitive pay rates between $17 and $20 per hour, flexible schedules, paid training, and ongoing support.
