Job Summary
Provide coverage for caregiver call-ins, paid time off, and medical leaves while assisting with orientation and training. Deliver high-quality, non-medical personal care services to clients in their homes as needed. Maintain consistent, reliable care for both clients and caregivers through daily support. This part-time role requires 20+ hours weekly with availability from 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. A valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Transitions At Home, a non-profit serving Southern Wisconsin, promotes compassion and dignity in patient care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED Certificate
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
- Reliable Car with Car Insurance
- Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
- Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of others
- Basic Computer Skills
- Excellent communications skills with Attention to detail
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
