Job Summary
Provide coverage for caregiver call-ins, paid time off, and medical leaves while assisting with caregiver orientation and training. Deliver high-quality, non-medical personal care services to clients in their homes when needed. Maintain consistent, reliable care by ensuring continuity of support for both clients and caregivers. Work part-time, 20+ hours weekly from 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday only. Join a non-profit home health organization dedicated to promoting compassion, comfort, and dignity in Southern Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED Certificate
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
- Reliable Car with Car Insurance
- Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
- Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of others
- Basic Computer Skills
- Excellent communications skills with Attention to detail
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours
- 7:00am - 7:00pm Hours of Availability
- Monday through Friday
- No Holidays or Weekends
