Job Summary
Provide personal care and assistance to residents in Whangārei village, including delivering meals, aiding with hygiene, supporting individual care plans (e.g., walks and exercises), and helping with activities such as puzzles and table tennis. Role involves a rotational roster across morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with three available positions: four days on/two days off (rotating AM/PM/night), four nights on/two days off, or a 3-month fixed-term night-shift roster. Must have experience in aged care or a similar role and strong verbal communication to build relationships with residents; compassionate, empathetic demeanor is essential.
