Job Summary
Provide compassionate and competent care for residents by performing bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist with dining, wheelchair and walking escorts, and meal, activity, and medication reminders. Answer resident call signals and participate in Life Enrichment activities. This role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional travel to different locations. Required Qualifications
- Passionate about working with the elderly
- Punctuality
- Professionalism
- Interest in pursuing a career in Healthcare setting (ie, CNA, Nursing, Geriatrics)
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects
- Ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to occasionally travel to different locations
