Job Summary
Caregiver responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to residents in our community, including bathing, grooming, dining assistance, mobility support, toileting and light incontinence care, medication assistance, and daily routines. Maintains documentation, communicates changes to Wellness Leader and families, supports 1440 care standards, participates in meetings, and adheres to safety and company policies. Requires high school diploma or GED preferred; CNA or Medical Assistant certification preferred; ability to follow written/oral/diagram instructions; up to 25 pounds lifting; flexible to cover shifts; strong communication and empathetic care skills.
