Job Summary
Perform direct care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel to assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents. Provide compassionate care in a 100-bed Senior Living Community in Westlake, OH, ensuring both residents and staff are treated with dignity and respect. Maintain a positive attitude toward the elderly while completing appropriate training or utilizing previous experience. Work part-time on the second shift with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Must speak and understand English
- Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
- Positive attitude toward the elderly
