Job Summary
Perform direct care duties under supervision of licensed nursing personnel; assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for residents in a Senior Living/Memory Care setting. Role focuses on caregiving tasks, elderly resident support, and teamwork with engaged staff—must be able to read/write and communicate in English, and have prior experience or training in care. The position emphasizes compassionate, dignified care, flexible scheduling, and career growth within a part-time 1st shift role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
- Must speak and understand English
- Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
- Positive attitude toward the elderly.
