Job Summary
Perform direct care duties under the supervision of professional, licensed nursing personnel to assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents. Complete appropriate training or utilize previous experience while demonstrating a positive attitude toward the elderly. Maintain communication in English and follow all oral and written directions. Work full-time in the third shift at this 100-bed Senior Living Community in Westlake, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Must speak and understand English
- Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
- Positive attitude toward the elderly
