Job Summary
Direct care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel for Fairmont of Westlake's senior living and memory care residents. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment, providing compassionate, quality care, and supporting resident well-being. Requires basic literacy (read/write), English proficiency, and prior experience or completed training in care for the elderly; candidacy favors individuals with a positive attitude toward the elderly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
- Must speak and understand English
- Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
- Positive attitude toward the elderly.
