Job Summary
Provide in-home care to clients in Las Vegas area, assisting with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility/transfers, range-of-motion exercises, meal planning and preparation, maintaining a clean living environment, and offering respite services for families. Build meaningful relationships with clients and families; participate in ongoing training; support clients’ dignity and autonomy. Must have a high school diploma or GED, current CPR, Tb test within 12 months, a recent physical, and pass a nationwide background check and drug screening. Driving is required with access to a valid license and reliable transportation. Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $18.00 per hour, with overtime and holiday pay; benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, tuition assistance, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR card
- Tb test within last 12 months
- Physical within last 12 months
- Clean driving record; valid driver’s license; access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to drive
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience in home care or senior communities is a bonus
