Job Summary
Caregiver responsible for enhancing residents' SRIM experience by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, and hygiene; serving meals, light housekeeping, and laundry; supporting resident independence; providing empathetic interaction and effective communication with residents, families, and staff; observing and reporting changes in health or emotional wellbeing; participating in leisure activities; maintaining a safe, dignified, and compliant environment (HIPAA) and adhering to attendance, training, and policies; ability to train and mentor new employees and take initiative on special projects; physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds; local roles at Niceville, FL facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
