Job Summary
Provide compassionate in-home care to veterans and seniors, supporting their physical and emotional needs while developing personalized care plans. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication administration, alongside managing nutrition. Build strong relationships through emotional support and companionship, and maintain accurate care records for seamless team communication. Requires ability to lift and transfer clients, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. Schedule includes flexible part-time and full-time options covering evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $19 to $21 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to work flexible PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional care with compassion, empathy, and respect
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with assistance, as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license (if applicable)
