Job Summary
Caregiver (Spanish) responsible for assisting disabled or elderly clients with daily living activities and basic health-related tasks, providing companionship, and adhering to safety and privacy standards. Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transfers/ambulation, escorting, routine care and habilitation services (with additional training), and accurate EVV/FVV visit reporting at check-in/out. Must follow both verbal and written instructions, maintain HIPAA compliance, and adapt to multiple clients per day. Strong emphasis on compassion, community respect, and professionalism; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Diploma of secondary school, GED or equivalent work experience
- Background check
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Flexible to serve multiple clients per day
- Ability to work under supervision and on weekends/holidays
- Comply with HIPAA and applicable healthcare laws
- Possess a valid driver's license and a legally registered vehicle with minimum liability insurance (required only for caregivers who drive)
- Must check in/out using HHAX app as required by TX state
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Previous caregiver experience (preferred)
