Job Summary
As a Resident Assistant for our community, you will support residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility), engage residents in social activities, assist in dining room and activities/outings, help maintain cleanliness, and assist with laundry. The role emphasizes compassionate care, timely responsiveness to resident needs, and collaboration with the caregiving team to enhance residents' meaningful daily lives in a senior living setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff members.
- Able to pass the necessary tests (i.e., CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers, etc.) if required by state regulations.

- Experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting preferred
