Job Summary
Resident Assistant role at Sinceri Senior Living: provides direct resident care including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility), engages residents in social activities, assists in dining rooms during meals, supports participation in scheduled activities and outings, helps maintain cleanliness and laundry per shift guidelines, and contributes to a caring, team-oriented environment. Requires ability to read/write/speak English, with preferred high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience with the elderly in a residential/long-term care setting. CPR/First Aid/Food Handlers certifications may be required by state regulations. This full-time, 1st shift position emphasizes compassionate, consistent care and resident well-being in a Loveland, OH community.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting is preferred
- Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff members
- Must be able to perform job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to pass the necessary tests (i.e., CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers, etc.) if required by state regulations
