Job Summary
As a Resident Assistant, provide ADL support (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility), engage residents in social activities, assist in dining, encourage participation in activities, maintain cleanliness and laundry per shift guidelines, and assist with resident care needs while upholding a team-oriented, inclusive workplace in a Sinceri Senior Living community.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting is preferred
- Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff members.
