Job Summary
Resident Assistant role in a Sinceri Senior Living community: provide essential ADL support (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility), engage residents in conversation, activities, and social opportunities, respond promptly to care needs, assist in dining and activities, help maintain cleanliness and laundry per shift guidelines. Requires CNA or HHA certification; English proficiency; ability to meet required state tests (CPR/First Aid/food handlers).
