Job Summary
Caregiver roles including Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Homemakers (HMKs) in MA with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include assisting with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, transportation, and providing personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care), offering companionship, medication reminders, and documenting daily activities. Requires a High School Diploma or GED; valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation. HHA/CNA certification is preferred but training is provided. Open availability encouraged; background check required. Prior CNA/PCA/Homemaker/Companion experience is a plus.
