Job Summary
Caregiver needed for in-home non-clinical care in Daly City, CA. Provide activities of daily living support, companionship, meal preparation, mobility assistance, medication reminders, bathing, grooming, and light housekeeping. Flexible shifts across day/evening/weekends with scheduling managed via CareLinx app. Collaborate with care advisors to match clients with your availability and maintain client confidentiality. Requires English proficiency, smartphone use for scheduling, background check, and potential program-specific trainings. Prior caregiving experience (6 months) or related education (CNA/HHA/MA) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months of caregiving experience or educational experience (CNA, HHA, MA, etc.)
- Must have reliable access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app during all scheduled shifts and be comfortable using it for work-related tasks
- Ability to communicate in English
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes
- Must pass a background check
- Completion of program-specific training may be required
- Medical requirements (such as physicals, TB tests, or client-specific screenings, including drug testing) may be required depending on the program or client you support
