Job Summary
Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve while supporting developmental goals like budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition. Assist with personal care including eating, dressing, bathing, and toileting for participants with autism and related conditions. Take initiative to help participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite interests. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle for dayshift positions. Requires high school diploma, six months of human services experience, and skills in cooking and cleaning.
