Job Summary
Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve while supporting developmental goals like budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition. Provide daily personal care including eating, dressing, bathing, and toileting for people with autism and similar conditions, taking initiative to help participants enjoy community activities. Assist with behavioral challenges and complex needs in waiver homes or group home settings. Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and six months of experience in human services or direct care. High school diploma required.
