Job Summary
Caregiver role providing direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll assist with personal hygiene and support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, while helping them participate in community activities. Build real relationships with participants, exercise initiative under supervisory guidance, and demonstrate compassion, patience, reliability, and teamwork. Requires a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, with weekend, part-time hours (7 AM–7 PM) in La Vergne, TN.
