Job Summary
Caregiver position with REM Community Services (Sevita) in Blue Earth, MN. Provide community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assisting with personal hygiene, helping participants pursue personal goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition), fostering meaningful relationships, encouraging participation in community activities, and promoting independent living. Schedule options include full-time evening and weekend shifts; benefits for full-time employees (401(k) match, paid time off, holiday pay) and dedicated supervision. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance. Education: High School Diploma not required. Six months of experience in human services or related fields preferred.
