Job Summary
Caregiver at Sevita providing community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, helping participants achieve developmental goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition), supporting participation in community activities, and managing behaviors or complex needs with a compassionate, patient approach. Schedule is Wednesday–Sunday 8 AM–4 PM at the Greeneville Office and Chuckey, TN locations. Pay: $14.25–$15.56/hour with full benefits, PTO, and 401(k). Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; six months of relevant experience preferred; must have a valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle. DOE team-based environment with supervision and development opportunities; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Licenses: Valid Driver's license and access to a vehicle with proof of insurance
