Job Summary
Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily activities, including personal hygiene, developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition, and community participation. Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs while developing meaningful relationships and encouraging initiative in their favorite activities. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Requires high school diploma, six months of human services experience, and traits of patience, compassion, and reliability.
