Caregiver

Provide safe overnight supervision, assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities, and offer calm, reassuring companionship to individuals in home and community settings. Follow individualized care plans to document observations, report changes, and collaborate with an empathetic, inclusive team. This role supports person-centered care within Sevita's Personal Care & Service team, helping people of all abilities live life to the fullest.
