Job Summary
Caregiver role at Sevita in Green Bay, WI. Provide personal care, assist with hygiene, support participants in achieving developmental goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition), and help them participate in community activities. Build real, meaningful relationships, exercise ownership and trust with leaders, and encourage participants to engage in activities they enjoy. Requires compassion, patience, reliability, strong communication and teamwork, and a valid driver's license with vehicle access. In-person, schedule includes 7-on/7-off shifts with overnight hours. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
