Job Summary
Caregiver (Part-time) Afternoons/Nights/Weekends: Thursday 11pm-9am, Friday 3pm-11pm, Sat 11pm-7am (25hr) in Philadelphia, PA 19152. Provide compassionate, participant-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, supporting participation in community activities, and helping participants achieve personal goals in budgeting, nutrition, and exercise. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills; vehicle access and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Pay is $16.00/hour with full benefits for full-time staff and a range of supportive programs; role emphasizes building meaningful relationships and delivering reliable, respectful care in a community-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
