Job Summary
Directly support individuals in residential and periodic programs, delivering services per individual plans, including socialization, health maintenance, and assistance with activities of daily living. Provide personal care, transportation, housekeeping, community integration, and document progress while maintaining confidentiality. Administer or support medications as required, monitor health and safety, accompany to medical appointments, and maintain records. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), 18+ years old, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks, and willingness to complete required trainings. Role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and respectful engagement with individuals served and their families.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- All state-required training(s) and certification(s) completed within mandated timeframes
- Drug testing and criminal background checks as part of employment process
