Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Build real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve, taking initiative to help them integrate into the community and enjoy favorite activities. Maintain patient, compassionate, and reliable behaviors to help people grow, learn, and live well. Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and six months of experience in human services or direct care. High school diploma preferred.
