Job Summary
Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve while supporting developmental goals like budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition. Assist with personal hygiene including eating, dressing, bathing, and toileting, and help participants enjoy community activities and favorite hobbies. Provide support for behavioral challenges and complex needs, including autism, while staying calm and problem-solving in stressful situations. Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. This full-time weekend day position requires a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
