Job Summary
Caregiver role providing community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, helping participants pursue developmental goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition), building real relationships with participants, promoting participation in the community, and supporting participants in daily activities. Requires compassionate, patient, reliable individuals with strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills; valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are needed. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
