Job Summary
Caregiver at Sevita needed to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, helping participants participate in community activities, supporting development goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition), building real relationships with participants, and collaborating with supervisors to ensure participants’ well-being. Requires compassionate, patient, reliable behavior, strong communication and teamwork, and a high school diploma or equivalent; driver’s license and vehicle access are required. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
