Job Summary
Provide companionship and in-home care to seniors, including light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes), shopping/errands, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Perform Personal Care Duties as needed (dressing, feeding, showering/bathing, mobility assistance, toileting/incontinence, memory care) and assist with incidental transportation to appointments or outings. Maintain timely documentation and report changes in the client’s condition to office staff; clock in/out using the care management system; participate in in-service opportunities; uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism. Adhere to the SHS mission and care plans while proactively finding additional ways to help seniors when tasks are complete. Benefits include $16 per hour, flexible schedule, and lasting relationships.
