Caregiver

Provides routine daily nursing care and services to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care, in accordance with established nursing care procedures and as directed by the supervisor. Assists residents with daily routines, personal care, housekeeping, monitors care plans for changes, contributes to standards of care, supports staff education, and participates in activity programs. Ensures timely response to resident call lights, assists with dietary responsibilities, maintains confidentiality of resident care information, and performs other duties as assigned by supervision. May involve surveying for safety, room hygiene, and participating in activity participation and documentation of resident participation.
