Job Summary
Provide hands-on non-medical home care to seniors, including companionship, personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility assistance and safe transfers, and errands/transport as needed. Observe and report changes in the client’s condition. This role supports flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities; includes paid training, benefits (medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k)), travel time, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license or state ID
- Second form of identification for employment eligibility
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking, and communication
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening in accordance with company and state standards
- Good written and verbal communication skills
