Job Summary
Provide non-medical in-home care for seniors, including companionship and emotional support; assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping; remind clients about medications; support mobility and safe transfers; assist with errands or transportation as needed; observe and report changes in client condition. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license or state ID
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening in accordance with company and state standards
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking, and communication
