Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Support mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning while observing residents and promptly communicating changes in condition to the nursing team. Manage meal service, hydration, and resident engagement throughout the day, maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable living environments. Document care and services accurately and timely, following infection control, safety, and emergency procedures. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members to deliver exceptional resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence. Work full-time from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Isle at Raider Ranch, supporting a team that values compassion and teamwork within a fast-paced senior living environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and daily care needs
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must successfully complete all required state and company training
- Must pass required background screenings and employment eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum six (6) months of caregiving, resident assistant, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred
- CNA certification preferred but not required
- Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
