Job Summary
Care Manager role in a MorningStar Senior Living community focusing on compassionate resident care. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, ensuring privacy, safety, and comfort, and reporting unsafe conditions. Build strong relationships with residents and colleagues, participate in monthly trainings and in-service meetings, and support residents’ well-being through daily tasks such as toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility. Weekend and overnight shifts with differential, plus a $500 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, life, disability, 401k with match, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and more. Requires state-required medication administration training and first aid certification; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; English literacy and prior healthcare experience are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
