Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while supporting mobility and transfers. Administer medications under supervision, engage residents in meaningful activities, and perform light housekeeping and meal assistance. Monitor resident conditions and report changes to leadership, responding calmly to emergency situations. AM, PM, and NOC shift availability required, with all shifts including every other weekend. CNA certification preferred, though not required; CPR/First Aid knowledge and at least 6 months of caregiving experience are ideal. Join a team with over 20 years of expertise in senior care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- AM, PM, and NOC shift availability
- All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
Desired Qualifications
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred
- A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
