Home Health Aides at Senior Helpers provide personal care services to clients, ensuring they can remain comfortably in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, medication reminders, and providing transportation to appointments. Candidates must have experience in personal care services, valid identification, a clear background check, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Previous professional experience providing personal care services
- Valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID
- Clear Level 2 Background Screen from the State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA)
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have an active CPR certification from an in-person, hands-on course
- Reliable transportation to and from shifts
- Excellent communication skills with a kind, caring and compassionate demeanor
