Job Summary
Conduct companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and errands for seniors, providing personal care, mobility assistance, and support for clients with Alzheimer's or dementia. Perform nurse-delegated tasks as needed while visiting and supporting multiple clients across various shifts including day, evening, night, weekend, and bilingual roles. Complete paid training, certifications, and CEUs with career coaching and advancement support. Work in Salem, Keizer, McMinnville, and surrounding communities.
Required Qualifications
- 18+
- Valid license
- Reliable, insured transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work some or all the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts
