Job Summary
Companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and errands for seniors, alongside personal care, mobility assistance, and support for Alzheimer's/Dementia clients. Perform nurse-delegated tasks as needed while visiting and supporting multiple clients across Yamhill, Multnomah, and Washington Counties. Work flexible shifts including day, evening, night, overnight, and weekends. Requires an 18+ license, valid transportation, and background check pass. Paid training, certifications, and CEUs provided with career advancement support.
