Job Summary
Provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and errands while assisting with personal care, mobility, and support for clients with Alzheimer's or dementia. Perform nurse-delegated tasks as needed across multiple clients in Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis, and surrounding communities. Work flexible schedules including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Complete paid training, certifications, and CEUs with career coaching support. Required Qualifications

- valid license
- reliable, insured transportation
- Can pass a background check
