Job Summary
Caregiver needed to support residents in a Community Based Care Facility with daily activities, companionship, and safety. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring health, serving meals, documenting care (logs and notes), maintaining confidentiality, encouraging participation in activities, aiding independence, identifying hazards, and responding to emergencies per protocol. Collaboration with care team, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, person-centered care; participation in staff meetings and training. Must be able to work a range of shifts including full-time and part-time, and meet physical tasks such as lifting and mobility support.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or community-based care is preferred
